Description of Services

In therapy, we collaborate to set concrete goals for you and ensure from the start that we get to the heart of your concerns. A detailed intake in the first session will give you ample time to discuss your presenting concerns and share relevant background information such as family and treatment history. People come to therapy with many different concerns, and I formulate treatment plans for a range of clinical issues including, but not limited to:

Sessions

Therapy typically involves 50 minute weekly sessions, with a gradual shift to biweekly or as-needed sessions.

As a person-centered therapist I bear in mind that no two people are exactly alike, and craft approaches to treatment that incorporate concrete strategies for symptom relief and also allow for deeper exploration, drawing from CBT, Gestalt, and Existential modalities.
